Connecting, FAQ and contact

Email bailutingyu@gmail.com with your camera model, firmware and connection type. Settings → 诊断 (Diagnostics) in the app lets you copy a diagnostic log. We usually reply within 2 business days.

Try it without a camera

On first launch, tap “手边没有相机？先看看演示” (No camera? Try the demo) at the bottom of step 1. The app connects to a built‑in virtual camera so you can try live view, settings, shooting and card browsing.

Connecting

  1. USB‑C cable: turn on PC Remote in the camera's Network menu, connect the camera to your iPhone with a USB‑C data cable, and choose remote shooting (PC Remote) on the camera.
  2. Camera hotspot: open Wi‑Fi Direct Info under PC Remote Function and scan the QR code with the app.
  3. Same network: put the camera and iPhone on the same Wi‑Fi, then scan the Access Authentication Info screen.

FAQ

Can't connect? PC Remote is unavailable while the camera is connected to a smartphone (Creators' App). Quit Creators' App and, if needed, turn off the camera's Bluetooth.

Which cameras? Developed and tested on Sony A7C II; other Sony models with PC Remote may work but are not verified.
